Otrivine-Antistin Eye Drops is a colourless solution which contains the active ingredients Xylometazoline hydrochloride and antazoline sulphate.
Xylometazoline is a decongestant and antazoline is an anti-allergic agent.
With this combination of ingredients, Otrivine-Antistin helps to make your eyes feel more comfortable by reducing the redness and relieving the itchiness caused by allergies such as hay fever.
These eye drops are suitable for adults and children over the age of 12 years, and can be used with other hay fever treatments such as nasal sprays and antihistamine tablets.
Like all medicines, this product can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Possible side effects include:
- eyes stinging
- blurred vision
- headache
- enlarged pupils
- itching of the eye area
If any of these side effects last for more than a few days, speak to your doctor. If any of these side effects get serious, or you get side effects not listed above, please speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
You should stop using Otrivine Antistin and speak to your doctor if you have an allergic reaction to the drops.

Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed.
Once opened, the bottle should be discarded after 28 days.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
