Nexium Control

Like all medicines, this product can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Possible side effects include:

• headache
• stomach ache
• nausea/vomiting
• flatulence

If you experience these or any other side effects while using this product seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not take this medicine if:

• you are allergic to esomeprazole or any of the listed ingredients
• you have had an allergic reaction to other Proton Pump Inhibitors
• you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant before consulting a doctor

Talk to your pharmacist or doctor if:

• your symptoms do not improve after taking this medicine for 14 days in a row
• you have any underlying medical conditions
• you are over 55 and have new or recently changed reflux symptoms
• you are taking any medicines listed on the patient information leaflet
• you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 14 days

Please note Nexium Control is not meant to bring immediate relief. You may need to take the tablets for 2-3 days in a row before you feel better.
