Lemsip Max Day & Night Cold & Flu Relief Capsules contain a combination of ingredients which are effective in relieving the symptoms associated with colds and flu, including relief of aches and pains, sore throats, headache, nasal congestion and lowering of temperature.
The Day capsule contains caffeine, which helps relieve fatigue and drowsiness.
The Night capsule won’t make you drowsy, but it doesn’t include caffeine and so allows you to treat your symptoms whilst you sleep naturally.
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Over the past few weeks, I have been experiencing frequent episodes of heartburn, regurgitation, and a burning sensation in my chest. It has been quite uncomfortable and has affected my daily life. I have tried over-the-counter antacids, but they only provide temporary relief. The symptoms seem to worsen after meals, especially when I consume spicy or greasy foods.
