Elleste Duet Conti

Elleste Duet Conti is a Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), containing two types of female hormones, an oestrogen and a progestogen.

Elleste Duet Conti Tablets are used in postmenopausal women with at least one year since their last natural period. During the menopause, the amount of the oestrogen produced by a woman’s body drops. This can cause symptoms such as hot face, neck and chest (“hot flushes”), mood swings, night sweats and reduced libido.

Elleste Duet Conti Tablets alleviate these symptoms after menopause. You will only be prescribed Elleste Duet Conti Tablets if your symptoms seriously hinder your daily life. The tablets can also be prescribed as a second-line option for preventing osteoporosis (a condition that weakens bones) after menopause.
