Known for its analgesic and antiseptic properties, clove oil has been a trusted natural remedy for dental pain for centuries. The active ingredient, eugenol, works to numb the affected area and reduce inflammation, providing fast relief. Simply apply a small amount of diluted clove oil to a cotton ball and gently dab it on the sore tooth and surrounding gums.
Please note, clove oil should be used for temporary relief only, and not be used as an alternative to seeing a dentist.
