Bazuka Gel is a treatment for verrucas, warts, corns and calluses, suitable for use by adults, children and the elderly.
The gel contains salicylic acid and lactic acid which gently remove the infected skin tissue, helping to eliminate the virus.
Easy to apply with no need for plasters, this pain-free gel dries to form a water-resistant, protective barrier to inhibit the spread of infection.
Like all medicines, this product can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Once applied, you may feel some tenderness or a tingling sensation. This is normal while the gel is working and is usually mild and temporary. If you experience prolonged or intense discomfort, or if any of your side effects become serious, stop using this product and speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
If this product touches skin outside the treatment area, it may cause irritation.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure whether you have a wart, verruca, corn or callus that is suitable for treatment with Bazuka Gel.
Take care not to apply the gel to surrounding healthy skin, especially on young children’s delicate skin, because when used incorrectly it may cause irritation or pain.
Bazuka Gel is volatile and highly flammable. Do not use it near flames or ignition sources (e.g. burning cigarettes or anything else that might ignite it).
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine.
Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed.
Please read the patient information leaflet before use.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
