Speak to our Mental Health Specialist(s) from the comfort of your own home – offering choice and freedom in a digital world. We supply a fast, discreet and economic means to get support and tailored treatment recommendations for your anxiety and depression through our own secure video portal all from the comfort of your own home, to help you feel like yourself again.

Our mental health team are specialists who have trained in the NHS and now work in the NHS and/or the private sector. Use your own computer, tablet or phone to get easy access to medical treatment and, as a team of Doctors and prescribing pharmacists, we have the ability to prescribe suitable medication, if required.

Mental Health

If you’re experiencing a mental health crisis or are at risk of harming yourself or others, please call 111, speak to your GP or the Samaritans on 116 123, or text Shout on 85 258.

Mental Health Consultation

If you need to speak to one of mental health specialist to discuss anything related to your mental wellbeing,you can book a 20 minute consultation either via video of phone consultation. This maybe to review your current medication or chat about any changes you maybe feeling.

    Complete the mental health consultation form giving us as much information as possible. Once submitted, go on to book an appointment with one of specialist at a time that suits you.

    Price: £45 per consultation

Mental Health Subscription

For a fixed monthly subscription of £60, you’ll receive:

  • Easy access to a mental health professional for a phone or video consultation
  • Regular follow up messaging and support, to see how you/’re getting on.
  • A tailored treatment plan suited to your needs which may include counselling, talking therapies and /or treatment (The first initial consultation includes a month's supply of medication where needed. Thereafter any medication treatment is a supplementary charge)
Subscribe £60/month

  • How it works?

    Complete the mental health consultation form giving us as much information as possible. Once submitted, go on to book an appointment with one of specialist at a time that suits you. During this consultation, you will plan with your specialist how you would like support and how often.

  • What does this service cover?

    This service is only suitable for treating mild to moderate depression and /or anxiety. If you need help for other mental health disorders, please speak to your GP.

Over the past few weeks, I have been experiencing frequent episodes of heartburn, regurgitation, and a burning sensation in my chest. It has been quite uncomfortable and has affected my daily life.
