FOR MEN ONLY - not for women or under 18s. DO NOT TAKE with nitrate medicines for angina/chest pain (e.g., glyceryl trinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate/dinitrate) or recreational 'poppers' (amyl nitrite) - this combination causes dangerous blood pressure drops that can be fatal. Do not use with riociguat or other PDE5 inhibitors. Contraindicated if you have: recent stroke or heart attack (within 6 months), severe heart disease (unstable angina, severe cardiac failure), very low blood pressure (<90/50 mmHg), severe liver problems, NAION (loss of vision in one eye), hereditary retinal disorders. Tell pharmacist if taking alpha-blockers, HIV medications, certain antibiotics, or antifungals. Directions
