Dymista Control Nasal Spray is an advanced dual-action treatment combining two active ingredients - azelastine hydrochloride (an antihistamine) and fluticasone propionate (a corticosteroid) - in a single nasal spray for superior relief of moderate to severe hayfever symptoms. This unique combination provides synergistic effects, meaning the two ingredients work together to be more effective than either alone. Azelastine is a potent, long-acting antihistamine with additional mast cell stabilising and anti-inflammatory properties that provides rapid symptom relief. Side Effects
Common side effects (may affect up to 1 in 10 people): Dysgeusia - an unpleasant taste in the mouth (often due to incorrect technique with head tilted too far back). Nosebleeds (epistaxis). Headache.
Uncommon side effects (may affect up to 1 in 100 people): Nasal discomfort including burning, itching, stinging. Sneezing. Nasal dryness, cough, dry or irritated throat. Nausea. Rare side effects (may affect up to 1 in 1,000 people): Dizziness or drowsiness. Damage to nasal tissue (ulceration). Fatigue, weakness, exhaustion.
Very rare side effects: Severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) - seek immediate medical help if you experience swelling of face, tongue or throat, difficulty breathing, or severe skin reactions. Nasal septal perforation (hole in the nasal septum). Increased eye pressure (glaucoma), cataracts, blurred vision. Adrenal suppression (with high doses or prolonged use).

Do not use Dymista Control if you are allergic to azelastine, fluticasone, or any other ingredients. Not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years. Before using, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have: A recent nose injury, nasal surgery, or ulcers in your nose. A fever or infection in your nose or sinuses. Tuberculosis or an untreated infection. Impaired adrenal function or are transferring from systemic steroid treatment. Liver disease (may increase systemic exposure). History of glaucoma, cataracts, or increased eye pressure. Contact your doctor if you experience blurred vision or other visual disturbances. High doses or prolonged use may cause adrenal suppression - use the lowest effective dose. Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Seek medical advice before use - use only if potential benefit outweighs risk. Driving and machinery: May rarely cause drowsiness or dizziness - do not drive if affected. Alcohol may enhance drowsiness. Contains benzalkonium chloride. Discard 6 months after opening.
Directions
For adults aged 18 years and over only. Shake the bottle gently before each use. Before first use, prime the pump by pressing down 6 times or until a fine mist appears.
If not used for more than 7 days, re-prime with 1 spray.
Blow your nose gently to clear the nostrils. Insert the applicator into one nostril, keeping the bottle upright. Close the other nostril with your finger. Tilt your head slightly forward. Press down once while breathing in gently through your nose. Breathe out through your mouth. Repeat for the other nostril.
The recommended dose is one spray into each nostril twice daily (morning and evening). Do not exceed this dose.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Wipe the applicator with a clean tissue after each use and replace the cap.
Use regularly for full therapeutic benefit - it is essential to use Dymista Control consistently.
Duration of treatment should correspond to your allergy season.
Discard 6 months after first opening.
