Nurofen for Children Oral Suspension 100ml is a liquid suspension containing ibuprofen. The anti-inflammatory properties in this medicine provide pain and fever relief for babies and children, lasting up to 8 hours. The liquid formula does not need to be taken with food or water.
Available in Strawberry and Orange flavours.
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
The most common side effect is irritation of the stomach which can cause problems such as indigestion and heartburn. Other side-effects may include diarrhoea, wind or constipation.
If your child experiences these or any other side effects while taking this medicine seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist.
If your child experiences any of the following, stop giving this medicine and tell your doctor immediately:
